The Master invites you all to welcome Dame Vivian Hunt DBE, an influential leader and promoter of diversity in the City of London and Chair of Teach First as our guest speaker at the 1st July Court lunch.

Dame Vivian Hunt DBE was recently identified by the Financial Times as one of the 30 most influential people in the City of London.

Dame Vivian is a senior partner for McKinsey & Company, which advises leading companies on many topics including performance, productivity growth, diversity and inclusion. She was made a Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in the Queen's New Years Honours in 2018 for 'services to the economy and women in business'.

As a leading campaigner for equality, diversity and excellence in education, Dame Vivian is a champion for Teach First. Her knowledge and experience in the sector is invaluable to the charity and she has been a member of Teach First's Business Leaders' Council since 2012, and is now Chair of the Charity. On 24 May 2022, Dame Vivian was announced as Chair of Black Equity Organisation.
