Annual Church Service

Liverymen are invited to attend our annual church service at St Bartholomew the Great on Thursday 11th September 2025. Seats should be taken by 10.45am for a Service which will commence at 11am, led by Assistant Priest, Fr Taylor Wilton-Morgan.

Only spouses/partners are welcome to attend the Church Service.

Common Hall at Butchers' Hall

Following the service, Liverymen should respond to the summons to attend Common Hall at Butchers' Hall, to elect The Master and members of Court for 2025/26. Common Hall will commence at noon.

The Summons, Paperwork and Financial statement for Liverymen is available to download in member's announcements.

Spouses/Partners of Liverymen should remain in the church to enjoy some light refreshments and receive a short talk before heading back to Butchers' Hall to reconvene with Liverymen.

Lunch following Common Hall

A sparkling drinks reception will be served following Common Hall. A three-course lunch will be served at circa 1.15pm, with cannons of lamb kindly supplied by Dunbia Llanybydder . Wine and soft drinks are included, followed by tea/coffee and petits fours.

Only spouses/partners are welcome to accompany you.

Cost of the lunch £75 per person, inc VAT.
