The Worshipful Company of Butchers and City Livery Events

Inter-Livery Clay Pigeon Shoot 2020

The Worshipful Company of Butchers has won the Inter Livery Clay Pigeon Shoot trophy, and taken the accolade on more than one occasion in the past. With your help, we think 2020 could be our year too.

We're pleased to announce that the event WILL be taking place at Holland and Holland Shooting Ground, Northwood on 8th / 9th September.

The organisers have worked hard to find the right balance of safety for everyone taking part without reducing the fun and enjoyment of the event. Attendance by non participants is not permitted this year and they will be refused entry.

The WCB, have been limited to only one team this year,  so that the Shooting Ground can comply with the Covid-19 requirements.

Should there be any more than four Liveryman who wish to take part, names will be drawn out of a hat. The WCB team will shoot on the second day (Wednesday, 9th September).

The role of the Shooting Society is to help foster a sense of fellowship and camaraderie among Liverymen.

All our events are a great networking day-out, well catered and made all the more enjoyable by enthusiasm and hospitality. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has a good time.
