Congratulations to Bridget Morgan, recipient of the 2025 Award, selected from a strong shortlist of seven candidates. Bridget is currently in her final year studying for a BSc (Hons) in Agri-business and completed her placement at Dunbia’s beef and lamb processing plant in Llanybydder, where she worked within the Food Safety, Quality and Animal Welfare team.
The Gary Baker Award is presented annually to a Harper Adams University student who has completed their third-year placement in the meat industry and intends to pursue a career in the meat and livestock sector.
