James MacCartney, a 2021 Scholar, wrote “UK Red Meat Production: How to Win the Battle for Environmental Sustainability in the Mind of the Consumer.”
Jock, a 2024 Scholar, has published his report “Enhanced Meat Eating Quality from 100% Pasture & Forage Fed Systems” and will present his findings at the Nuffield Farming Annual Conference in Aberdeen, 18–20 November 2025, at P&J Live. We’re delighted that Assistant Mike Attwood will represent the Worshipful Company of Butchers (WCB).
