WCB September Court Lunch 2022
The Master looks forward to the company of English actor and comedian, Michael Fenton Stevens, as guest speaker at her farewell Court Lunch on Friday 2nd September 2022.
Having first entertained the Livery as a guest speaker on Zoom in June 2020, Michael Fenton Stevens has a CV that suggests he has many great stories to tell!
With an illustrious career in TV, radio and theatre, we will all be familiar with his roles in small screen favourites including Benidorm, Only Fools and Horses, My Family, Coronation Street and The Crown.
Famous as the lead vocalist on the Spitting Image no. 1 hit 'The Chicken Song' and a member of the parody pop group, The HeeBeeGeeBees, Michael knows how to not take life too seriously.
Invitations have also been extended to The Master and Clerks of the Ironmongers', Girdlers', Master Mariners' and the Master of the Taurus Lodge.
The Gold Badge will also be presented to a Liveryman/Liverymen in recognition of their significant contribution to the Livery. Last year's inaugural accolade was presented to Liverymen Bob Bansback OBE and Gerald Shortland.
